With over ten years of experience in Public Relations and with more than five unicorns in his curriculum, Vinícius Cordoni is the founder and CEO of VCRP Brasil.
Before taking on the entrepreneurship challenge, he was Head of Public Relations at Evino, one of the largest e-commerce and wine apps in Brazil, and at Banco Neon, one of the main digital banks within the country.
Cordoni worked in major public relations and press relations agencies, consulting firms and large companies, where he worked with different players in the market. He developed several external communication projects for clients such as Nubank, Banco Intermedium, Gympass, Evino, Fusion Energy Drink, Ebanx, Sukita and Guaraná Antarctica.
Over 100 brands have already been served. Vinícius has a degree in Social Communication from Universidade São Judas Tadeu and a postgraduate degree in Corporate Communication from Universidade Anhembi Morumbi.

Ludmilla Amaral is a partner and COO of the VCRP Brasil Group, CEO of VCRP Press and Co-Founder of VCRP Studio and VCRP Tech.
With over 11 years of experience in communication, Ludmilla led Creditas’ Public Relations area and strategy. She previously worked as a Public Relations Coordinator for an agency focused on innovation. In the editorial area, she was a reporter for ISTOÉ magazine, of Editora 3, going through the politics, economics, and behavior areas. The executive also worked in the newsrooms of Estadão, Cool Magazine and Folha de Alphaville. Graduated in journalism from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, she holds a certificate in Press Advisory from Senac-SP, and Press Advisory in Crisis Management and Media Training from Universidade Belas Artes in São Paulo.
CEO of VCRP Tech
With over 21 years of experience in communication, Renata Victal is CEO of VCRP Tech. Her career was divided between newsrooms of newspapers and magazines such as IstoÉ Dinheiro, JB, Jornal do Comércio, O Dia and Extra, as well as press offices, serving accounts of companies such as Klabin, Corpflex, FICO, Nutanix, among others.
At Petrobras, she was Graça Foster’s personal advisor. She also worked as an editor for TV Globo and G1 Campinas websites. Before taking on the challenge of leading operations at VCRP Brasil, she worked as an economy sub-editor at Isto é Dinheiro magazine.
Renata holds a degree in Social Communication with emphasis in journalism from PUC-RJ, has a postgraduate degree in Strategic Management in Organizational Communication and Public Relations from University of São Paulo (USP) and is pursuing an MBA in Project Management at FGV-SP.
CEO of VCRP Studio
With 10 years of experience in communication and journalism, Paula is Co-Founder and CEO of VCRP Studio. Before joining the VCRP group, she served as executive editor at CNN Brasil Business, CNN Brasil’s economy and finance portal.
Paula was also the Content Coordinator at Creditas, the main online secured loan platform. At Editora Abril, she held two positions: assistant editor at Abril Branded Content Studio, leading projects for EXAME, Veja and Superinteressante, and business reporter at Exame.com. Paula was also economics and global business reporter at IstoÉ Dinheiro for three and a half years, where she won the 28th Edition of the BM&FBovespa Journalism Award, in the Corporate Governance category with the report “Your company needs a feminine touch.”
Paula has a degree in Social Communication with specialization in Journalism from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and an MBA in International Relations from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV). In 2015, she took an extension course in Innovation and New Businesses at CUOA Business School, in Italy.
